Every test runs in your browser. Our server only shows you the IP address and browser headers it receives with the request, the country and provider that address belongs to, and keeps nothing. With network tests on, your browser also contacts public STUN servers (Google, Cloudflare), the tracker domains listed in the results and our DNS test server, exactly as a website would: untick them to skip. The cross-site step opens our test page on a second domain; the few values it measures are held in memory for ten minutes so this page can show them, then discarded. The fingerprint ID of your last scan is kept only in this browser, to tell you whether it changed.
